Instead of worrying about everything we can't control, just enjoy the moment you have right now. Instead of thinking about all of the things you so badly want, how about being grateful for what you already have. Yes, the simplest shift in thinking will open new doors, turn frowns to smiles and work wonders. Try it and see.

I want to learn a way of making better decisions. Learning from my mistakes is key, of course.
Over the years, I have absolutely made some horrific decisions. Ones that will last me the rest of my life. Ones that have cut off my ties with my children and others that have been financially devastating. I'm not trying to be self-deprecating or beat myself up over past screw ups, but rather keep learning from them and pulling out the helpful tidbits and use them to avoid making the same bad decision next time. Sure, we all screw up from time to time, because we're human and I'm no better or worse than anybody else.
I just want to learn a better way of making decisions, being smarter and more aware before I do anything and ultimately make the best decisions I can.
